Cover: Front: Band and title Back: An 'Escher'-like painting (impossible drawing ?) and again the band and title. Earlier issues of this same cat. no. are packaged in a white cardboard sleeve with surreal artwork in red on the rear, signed by "J. Fish". On the front is a pink paper insert with the LP title and playlist and the CBM label logo - a pirate clenching a knife in his teeth - which is included on the rear also.
